Leadership by Example

It is my belief that leaders can only be as good as the respect they’ve earned from their team, and I believe I’ve earned that respect from every team I’ve ever led. I have seen more than my share of leaders punching down to strengthen their own positions – this is something you will never see from me.

Most of the people on my team are better at their jobs than I was at that point in my career. What I can do for them is give them the direction they need to grow, to allow them to room they need to thrive and understand the next steps for themselves. I can show them what a productive path looks like, and do it with integrity.
